What is anger?

According to Charles Spielberger, anger (is an emotional state whose intensity can change from a normal to a higher level). Anger, like other emotions, is accompanied by physical changes. When you get angry, your heart rate and blood pressure and your levels of energy-producing hormones (adrenaline and noradrenaline) go up.

Anger may be caused by an external or internal factor. You may be angry at a person (colleague, friend) or an accident (collision or flight delay) may cause you to be angry.

Remembering a bad incident can also make a person angry.

The natural and instinctive way to get angry is to have an angry reaction. Anger is a natural and appropriate response to a threat and this response leads to strong feelings and behaviors and sometimes violence and it allows us to fight and defend ourselves. Anger may be suppressed first and then turned into another emotion or expressed directly. This happens when you control your anger and do not allow it to change. The danger of such a reaction is that, if the external appearance does not appear, the anger becomes internal and this can have some negative consequences. Such as: high blood pressure or fatigue and depression.
