What is mental illness?
All our actions and behaviors, thoughts and feelings are under the control and influence of the brain and all these things reveal our state of mind and have a direct and continuous relationship with it. This is not a physical disease, it means that there is no change in the physical structure or form of the brain, but still the brain is affected and it has a negative effect on the above three things and causes some problems in these areas. It is called mental illness. There are no special tests or evaluations for the diagnosis of mental illness, such as blood tests or the like, and to a large extent, it depends on a person’s own thoughts about himself, and also on past experiences or perceptions, and also on our close relatives or friends. It depends on their thoughts and expressions in the above three aspects.

A healthy mental state is the reason for normal thinking, feeling and actions, and this in turn has a clear role in resisting problems in life, nurturing human relations and making the right decisions. A healthy person means a healthy society.
