Causes of bad breath and ways to treat it
There are many reasons for bad breath/halitosis. Generally, during fasting, the smell of the breath is more because the fluids of the body are less, the mouth is dry and there is less saliva in the mouth. Most of the people do not know about themselves, whether their mouth smells or not; But those concerned; They feel it, maybe they don’t say anything because of decency and shame.

Causes of bad breath:

1- Various bacteria, toothache, ear and throat problems, lack of fluids, eating garlic, onions, raw onions, pickles, etc.

2- When we eat, food residue between the teeth also causes bad breath. Bacteria grows with the leftover food, which eventually causes bad breath and makes our teeth even worse.

3- Apart from this, there is bad smell due to excess flesh in the throat of the tonsils.

4- Try to drink more fluids, because the lack of fluids increases your bad breath. Before going to bed and after waking up in the morning, brush your teeth or brush your teeth. Try to brush and cream your tongue in addition to your teeth. If you feel sick while brushing your tongue, try to brush only the tip of your tongue, because some harmful bacteria accumulate on the tongue while you sleep.

5- The use of alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco and other drugs also causes bad breath. What are the other harms of drugs can be discussed a lot; But now we will mention that most of the diseases of the heart, lungs, cancer and respiratory system are caused by this.

How do you know if you have bad breath?

If your mouth was tight and sparse, your mouth was dry, there was a white layer on the top of your tongue, or you used drugs; So you can say that your mouth smells bad.

Treatment:

1- Brush your teeth regularly.

2- Consult a doctor in case of throat or respiratory diseases.

3- If your teeth were black and wormy, fill and clean them.

4- Do not overeat at night.

5- Take more liquids.

6- Do not use drugs.

7- Always try to gargle with a special toothpaste, with this your teeth will be clean, your throat will not get infected and your mouth will not smell. If not, mix hydrogen peroxide with an appropriate amount of water and then swish it around your mouth.

8- Chewing gum also makes our mouth smell good, cleans our teeth and improves our digestion.

9- Chewing and eating Nanaya mint also gives the smell of the mouth and also improves digestion. Mint is often used in toothpastes.
