Currently, and according to the reports of international organizations, up to (19) million people are facing serious food insecurity, of which (6) million are facing hunger. Half of Afghanistan’s population – (24) million people need humanitarian assistance, (3) million children are suffering from malnutrition, of which (1) million are facing the threat of death due to malnutrition, according to health institutions. Affairs have been completely disrupted, not enough medicine and medicines are reaching Afghanistan, and many people have lost their jobs, and due to banking problems and security problems, commercial activities and investments have decreased drastically. Despite the fact that Taliban officials They are constantly trying to encourage investors to invest in Afghanistan, but these efforts have not had the desired results so far, and on the contrary, investors are trying not to withdraw their money from Afghanistan. The most important thing is that the current caretaker government is not even able to pay the salaries of its officials and military personnel. undertake to pay the salaries of their military men, but it appears that this official’s efforts are futile; This is while they cannot meet the salaries and other expenses of civil and military officials and workers from their internal resources, and this issue will soon become a fundamental challenge. The current economic crisis is deepening in an unprecedented manner, and the caretaker government does not have any kind of possibilities at home to prevent it, and there is no chance of getting such possibilities in the future.
