What is freedom of expression called?
Freedom of speech is basically a tool by which the owner of the right reaches his voice to the ears of the ruling party.

Investigating and obtaining daily events, public opinions openly, arranging and organizing them as well as communicating them and finally organizing and publishing all printed and electronic publications, in such a way that they are not hindered or prohibited in any way. It is called freedom of speech if it does not exist.

Freedom of expression, also known as freedom of opinion; It is a human right recognized in international human rights law.
The holy religion of Islam recognized freedom of speech and opinion 1400 years ago.

The truth is that in Islam, more than any other heavenly or non-heavenly religion, more importance has been given to human rights, and the most importance has been given to the right to freedom and independence, which also includes freedom of speech. It has been called a Muslim right, but still today in the world, some people call the democratic freedom of the West freedom of speech and accuse our Islam that there is no freedom of speech in Islam, but the truth is not like that.

In Islam, there is both freedom of speech and thought, but they are restricted by Sharia rules.
For example: Before entering Islam, every human being is given the right to choose any religion.

But when a person becomes a Muslim, then his faith, opinion, expression and thought all fall within the limits of Sharia.

Freedom of expression, which in Arabic terms is called Ḥuriyā al-Tabeer, Ḥuriyā al-Raʿi and Ḥuriyā al-Mutādān; Absolut (free) in secularism and limited in Islam, but which contemporary term freedom of expression is used; He does not accept any kind of restrictions and restrictions from the principles of secularism (Ladinism).

This limitation is in conflict with Islamic rules; Because no Muslim has the right to adopt a belief or ideology other than the religion of Islam or to express it in a way that is in conflict with Islamic principles.

Another thing worth noting; That is, in Islam, everything is given to mankind or forbidden; It is only based on the benefit and loss of mankind, it is a general law of Islamic jurisprudence that says “Both God’s commands and prohibitions are based on the benefit and loss of human beings.” If it is good, Islam forbids it wherever it is bad.
