It is true that human hair turns gray with age, but most people turn gray in their youth before they become old. In many families, we have seen that the heads of the parents are still black, but the hairs of the children have turned white again, so the graying of the hair does not mean old age, but there are many reasons that lead to old age. Humans cause graying of hair.

What are the causes and solutions?

Experiments have shown that the lack of metals in the body, such as manganese, zinc, titanium and iron, is the main cause of graying and breaking of hair. Experts are of the opinion that those who have prematurely grayed hair should add apples, pears, peaches and fruits that contain various metals, especially manganese, in their diet. Also, use some vegetables such as onions, onions, carrots, and carrots, which are good sources of magnesium.

Foods rich in copper and manganese prevent premature graying of hair.
Studies have shown that eating wheat bran, sambal al-tayeb (a group of flowers) and barley meal in the group of herbal medicines can protect the original hair color and prevent graying. Copper is also included in the group of elements that can affect human skin and hair and prevent hair graying.
Peas, mushrooms, beans, lentils, red beans, bananas, avocados, soybeans, and potatoes are foods that are high in copper.

Aging alone does not make your hair gray, but vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid disease and smoking increase the rate of hair graying four times. Anemia, severe and long-term diet and genetic causes also cause premature graying of hair.
