How to reduce fatigue in your life ?! By:

First: Ask Allah for help:
The Muslim should follow Allah at all times and not associate anything with Him. He should have the belief that Allah is the creator of everything and he should seek Allah’s help in everything.
Second: Identify the cause of fatigue and start treatment:
Whenever you feel tired, decide for yourself and find out the cause of the tiredness and start treatment. The Qur’an is the best prescription / remedy for relieving fatigue and calming the heart.
Third: Scheduling:
Man should not waste time (in vain) because the hour that has passed is not coming and will not come, always be punctual, having a daily schedule can help you to know how to spend time. , Start the morning with the recitation of the Qur’an, have a good day.
Fourth: Setting a goal and working for it:
Before you start any work, before you start work, you should know your main goal for which you are doing this work. Once that goal is known, you can do it confidently and regularly. Keep up the good work.
Fifth: Meeting the right people:
Saadi Saib says: “Some good things have become good, some things have turned black.” Translation: If you sit with good people, you will be good, and if you sit with bad people, you will be bad. Therefore, one should try to avoid meeting bad people and meeting good people should be continued.
Sixth: Engaging yourself in happy and useful work:
The Muslim should focus on what is in his interest in this world and the hereafter, not on the fear of ruining the world and the hereafter. He should be addicted to doing halal and he should refrain from doing haraam.
Seventh: Exercising:
Exercise is very beneficial for the human body, one should try to exercise regularly, one of the benefits of healthy exercise is that it increases the body’s resistance and the disease does not easily attack the human body, exercise in the morning. One of the benefits of doing this is that the morning prayer will be performed in congregation.
